John C. Bozack, 73 of West Terre Haute, died peacefully on the Bozack family farm at 7:49 PM on Saturday, September 23, 2017.  He was born in Terre Haute on July 4, 1944 to John T. Bozack and Grace L. Holland Bozack.  John was a life member of St. Mary's Village Church, and enjoyed working on his farm and cutting wood.  He also liked to ride his 4 wheeler, go out to dinner, and watching old westerns.  He is survived by one son, John T. Bozack (Melissa), and three daughters, Kristi Adams (Kevin), Grace Vest (Joe), and Cindy Corbin (Brad).  Also surviving is a sister, Virginia Wineinger (Riley) and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Ann Bozack, Mary Bernadine Bozack, and Irene Bozack.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Village Church on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM, with Father Joe Feltz officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Village Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Saturday from 1:30 – 2:00 PM at the church.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to VNA Hospice of the Wabash Valley, in his memory.  The family would also like to thank all the caretakers at VNA Hospice for the compassionate care given to John during his illness.  Arrangements are under the direction of Samaritan Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave., Terre Haute, IN 47807.
