John Victor Fox, 56, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on September 23, 2026. He was born on September 18, 1970, to Kenneth and Jan Fox.

John was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His life was made up of the people he loved, the work he took pride in, and the simple things that brought him happiness. He leaves behind a family who will carry his memory, his stories, and the love he gave them for years to come.

John was a hardworking man who took great pride in his career as a union carpenter. He loved his job, and the work he did was an important part of who he was. He understood the value of hard work and the satisfaction that comes from building something with your own hands. His years as a carpenter were a reflection of his dedication, his skills, and the pride he had in what he did.

When he wasn’t working, John enjoyed the things that made him happiest. He loved to shoot his guns, spend time fishing, and enjoy the outdoors. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Jan Fox, and his siblings, Rob Fox, Brenda Fox, and Jenny Bays (Chet). He will also be remembered by extended family members, friends, and all those whose lives he touched throughout his years.
