John Eric Turner passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021.  He was born in San Leandro, California on May 21, 1968 to Charlesetta Martin Lockett, and Steven Turner. He was the grandson of Charles Edward Martin, John Thomas and Mildred Elgene Hamilton.

John has been a resident of Brazil since 2011.  He enjoyed working for the last nine years at Morris Manufacturing as a machine operator.  He was an Oakland Raiders fan, he loved to watch YouTube and documentaries.  John was such a loving man.  He never met a stranger and loved to talk to people.  Most of all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. John is preceded in death by his mother, Charlesetta Martin Lockett, father Steven Turner; grandparents Charles Edward Martin,  John Thomas and Mildred Elgene Hamilton, grandson Chistopher Andrew Turner, Jr., his aunt Sharon Lynn Martin, grandson Christopher Turner, II, and mother-in-law Susan Kelley. He leaves to morn, wife Jessica Cory, and step daughter De'janet Porter ,sister Shannon Nicole Matthews and niece Kahlia Konan;  children, Christopher Turner, Sr. and Maleah Manuel, grandchildren, Vicktoria LaSummer Turner, Chrissy Turner and Camiya  CurleanaTurner, uncle Michael, aunt Greta Ann Hunter, cousins Jessica Lynne, Danny Shelton, Jasmine Ivona and Michael Zust as well as a host of relatives and friends.
