Jonathan Charles Watson, 40, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.  He was born May 20, 1983, in Terre Haute to Brent Lewis and Lisa Watson (Odimegwu).  Jonathan was a talented cook, often making meals for his family gatherings.  His pasta salad was the best.  He enjoyed fishing as well.  Most of all he was a family man.  His beloved children and family were his biggest accomplishment and greatest joy.  Jonathan had the best sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.  He will be missed by so many.

Jonathon is survived by his parents, grandmothers Jacqueline Merritt (Michael) and Lucy Lewis, companion of 25 years and mother of his children April Sholar, daughters Trinadi Watson and Anyeia Watson, sisters Tamia Odimegwu and Charda Bender, and brothers DeVante Brewer, Boston, and Tyon, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at Samaritan Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery.
