On Sunday, June 26, 2022 Judith Ann Scales Duke went home to be with God.  She was born August 1, 1939 to William J. Scales and Mary F. Scales.  Judy spent most of her formative years in Indianapolis, being baptized at Fall Creek.  She was the loving mother of Rhonda Boothby (Dennis) and Jennifer Nash (Robert) and the spectacular grandmother of Rebekah Sinders (Emily), Dustin Boothby, and Olivia Boothby.  She is survived by her husband of nearly 63 years, Kenneth Duke, the aforementioned children and grandchildren, and a large network of friends and family.  A memorial service will be held August 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Putnamville Baptist Church located at 637, US Highway 40.  Arrangements were entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home.
