Kathy Bartolomea, 56, passed away on September 26, 2021.  She was born in Aurora, IL to Gene and Rose Bartolomae on March 18, 1965. She was preceded in death by both parents.  She is survived by her son Thomas Hartley (Krystin); daughter Christine Hartley (Chris Yocius); sister Karen Albrecht (Harold); grandchildren Jocelyn Hartley, Evan Hartley, Declan Hartley, Sebastian Hartley; niece Julie Albrecht and nephews Gary and Michael Albrecht.  Kathy loved crossword puzzles.  She was a loving mom and grandma.  Kathy loved spending time with her grandchildren.
