Kenneth Ray Thomason 73, of Newport, Indiana passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at his home, surrounded by family.

He was born September 10, 1946 in Andalusia, Alabama to Clyde & Mildred (Guy) Thomason.

He married his wife Shannon Rudolph of Newport, IN on January 19th 2005 in Henderson, Kentucky.

Survivors include his wife Shannon Thomason of Newport, IN. Three daughters: Laura Thomason of Evergreen, AL; Tasha Niccum of Newport, In; and Brandie Niccum of Newport, In. Two sons Ken (Michelle)Thomason of Cottondale, Florida; Scott (Sydney) Thomason of Eugene, Indiana. One brother Gary Thomason of Evergreen, Al. Two sisters Brenda Adnaiforghani of Orange, CA; Donna (Eddie) Parrott of Peoria, IL. And 12 grandchildren that he loved very much. He was proceeded in death by his parents and stepmother Doris Thomason, his sister Debbie, brother Timmy, and a granddaughter Chastyn.

Kenny was a graduate of Evergreen High in Evergreen, AL. For many years he was a Boilermaker for Foster Wheeler as a Superintendent and he also drove a semi for many years. He was formerly the owner of Eugene Covered Bridge Restaurant in Eugene, Indiana.
