Kevin Lynn Meloon, 64, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026. He was born to Richard Lee Meloon and Alice (Elkins) Cotten on November 11, 1961 in West Terre Haute.

Kevin was a proud member of the United States Air Force and later worked in industrial maintenance. He married the love of his life, Melody (Smith) Meloon on June 24, 2003. Kevin enjoyed anything NASCAR and also loved to watch football. He was a member of the American Legion Post 346.

Kevin is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother, Richard Meloon, Jr.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife; daughters, Kerry Brunt-Meloon (Tyson) and Dana Lacher (Jeff); siblings, Lisa McNeil, Victoria Ann Bradford (Kenny), and Matthew Meloon (Ashley); sister-in-law, Daffney Williams; grandchildren, Silas, Lathyn, Ava, Kinley, Katie, and JC; special uncles, Glenn Meloon and Dennis Meloon; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
