Larry Dale Wade, 80, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 in his home. He was born to George Henry Wade and Bertha Cleoma (Spore) Rambis on June 12, 1945 in Terre Haute. Larry was raised in Shelburn, Indiana and graduated from North Central High School.

Larry served proudly in the United States Navy. He also worked as an electrician and was a true jack-of-all trades and a talented handyman. In his free time, Larry enjoyed metal detecting, fishing, and golfing. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Terre Haute.

Larry is preceded in death by both of his parents; step-father, Tony Rambis; and siblings, Toni Sue French, Kelly Rambis, Charles Rambis, and Jim Rambis.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Pointer) Wade; daughter, Sherri Wade; and siblings, Peggy Fraley of California, Cindy King of California, Mark Rambis of Florida; and his beloved dog, Tesla.
