Leroy Morris, 68, passed away on August 6, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was born on March 19, 1955 in Clinton to Richard Morris and Maxine Morris. Leroy married Erin (Cory) Morris 29 years ago. Leroy enjoyed the outdoors and collecting antiques. He was known for rescuing animals including 5 dogs and 2 cats. He also liked watching Nascar, especially Kyle Busch.

He is survived by his wife, sons Cory Rutan and Chandler Rutan (significant other, Sarah Burns), grandchildren Logan Rutan and Connor Rutan, brother Rick Morris (Beverly), sister Sherry Fields (Dave), and beloved dog, Junior. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on August 10, 2023 from 2 pm to 4 pm at Samaritan Funeral Home. A service will be held at 4 pm following the visitation. Cremation was chosen per Leroy's wishes. Online condolences may be made at www.samartianfunerals.com.
