In Loving Memory of Linda Bridges

Linda Bridges, 51, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on June 16, 2026.

Linda was born on October 8, 1974, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Rebecca Bridges and Jimmy Ayers. She spent her life loving her daughter and family, being the life of the party, and serving as a ray of sunshine on anyone’s cloudy day.

Linda worked as an Optometrist technician and later on as an ADT agent. She was known for her hustle, kindness, strength, and, of course, her sense of humor. In her free time, she enjoyed music, spending time with her beloved Puddin, and cooking for her family.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Anyea Basley (and grand pup, Meech); her brothers, Jimmy Bridges (Robin Bridges) and The Boys; her sisters, Jennifer Icoangeli and Jean Holland; her nieces, Desiree Bridges, Madison Bridges, and Andrea Aldridge; her nephew, Elijah Aldridge; and a multitude of loving friends and family members.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her brother Brad, and her grandparents.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to12:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church in Terre Haute, Indiana.
