Linda J Patterson, 70, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away at 3:39 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 26, 2016 in Kindred Southwood Nursing Home. She was born in Terre Haute on May 4, 1946, to Maurice Loehmann and Norma (Ashton) Loehmann. Linda was a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Jo Loehmann of Terre Haute, Jane Smith (husband Joel) of Hereford, AZ, and Bernie Fonyuy (husband George) of Terre Haute; her brother Maurice A Loehmann Jr of Tigard, Oregon; her son, Robert M Patterson (wife Jennifer) of Terre Haute; deaughter Melinda J Lloyd of Terre Haute; grandchildren Lyndsie Boton (husband Sean) of Waverly IL, Robert M Patterson Jr (fiancAC. Emilee Wooley) of Terre Haute, Tyler A Lloyd (girlfriend Katie Nicoson) of Terre Haute, Shelby L Hubbard (husband Josh) of Terre Haute, Cody R Giffin of Terre Haute, and Addison E Layer of Terre Haute ; great grandchildren include, Koy Patterson of Terre Haute and Elizabeth A Hubbard of terre Haute; her nephews Richard Shaffer of terre Haute and Jake Patterson of Terre Haute; Nieces, Elizabeth A Loehmann of Tigard, Oregon, and Alicia Patterson of Terre Haute. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry A Patterson; her brother, Mark A Loehmann;. For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Happiness Bag of Terre Haute. In keeping with Linda's wishes, cremation has been chosen with a private graveside service for family.
