Loretta Ann McClellan, 89, of Brazil passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 18, 2022, with her son Gary McClellan by her side.

Loretta was born at home in Harmony, IN to Ted and Wilma (Snell) Walker on August 13, 1932

Loretta graduated from Brazil High School Class of 1950. She went on to marry her husband of 60 years Kenneth E McClellan on January 2, 1952. Loretta was involved in many organizations such as the YMCA, CYL, and ASA Softball.

Loretta was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Fan since 1965 and enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. Loretta's greatest joy was being a mother to her 5 children and a grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth E. McClellan, her mother and father, daughter Tedde McClellan, grandson Zacherie McClellan, and son-in-law Larry Dickerson.

Loretta is survived by 4 children, Terre Dickerson, Mike (Janet) McClellan, Rob (Sandi) McClellan, and Gary McClellan, 9 grandchildren, Kenna McClellan, Lori Dennany (Allen Wey), Shanna (Chad) Howard, Amy Dickerson, Katie (Chad) Lunsford, Kraig (Brittany) McClellan, Geoff, Matt, and Kaleb McClellan, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Her beloved dog Mo and special friend and caregiver Sarah Emrick. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
