Lorraine Anne Cunningham, 47, passed away on March 14, 2026. She was born on August 10, 1978 in Terre Haute to Gregory Laughrey and Cathy Laughrey. Lorraine married John Cunningham on June 12, 2021.

Lorriane loved cooking, and she loved her pets. She also enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by mother Cathy Short, siblings Lindsay Daley (Mike), Gregg Laughrey, and Kelli Plant; stepfather Sam Plant Sr., nephew Luke Laughrey (Olyvia) and their children,  nephew Hunter Daley (Lauren), her husband John, and stepchildren Benjamin F., John M., Timothy W., and Elizabeth R.

She is preceded in death by her father Gregory, grandparents Ted and Shirley Laughrey and Jim and Della Short, stepbrother Sam Plant Jr., and cousin Ryan Haase.

A celebration of life will be held at the Bridge Church on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 3:30 pm to 6 pm with a dinner to follow. Cremation has been entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com.
