Read Complete ObituaryMarjorie Jean Snapp, 92, of Terre Haute, was born on August 6, 1925 in Dennison, Illinois and peacefully departed this life on August 31, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. The wife of Ransom Wilson Snapp and daughter of Vern and Carrie Hutchings, she is survived by three sons, Gary Bedwell (Glenda), James Snapp (Linda), David Snapp, and a daughter, Debra Hull (Todd); grandchildren, Chris, Lindsey, Stacy, Christy, Justin, Dustin, and Courtney; great grandchildren, Cody, Brittnay, Sierra, Ashley, Kelsie, Macie, Dominic; and great-great granddaughter, Ella as well as extended family members and close friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband (1971), a brother, James and two sisters, Helen and Fern.  In addition to working for Danner's and Hills she was a devoted caregiver for many family members.  She adored her grandchildren and nothing made her happier than when they came to visit.  Marge loved to talk with anyone who would listen, enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends and couldn't resist a great yard sale bargain.



Please join the family as they celebrate Marge's life on September 16, 2017 from 1:00 – 3:00 at Samaritan Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana.  A meal will be served at World Gospel Church at 3:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice Care, 4529 S. 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN  47802
