Mary Jean Francis, 78, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday September 7, 2022 in her residence. She was born October 24, 1943 in Clinton, Indiana to Victor Fink, Sr. and Opal (Clark) Fink. Mary is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert Francis; daughter, Candy Francis; son, Jonathan Francis (Nicole); sisters, Ethyl Sams, Ruth Ellis, Judy Goodman, and Nancy Keller; brother, Victor Fink, Jr.; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Julie Meeks (Howard) and Wanda Sue Moskowitz. She was preceded in death by daughters, Lori Snow and Bobbi Southwood; sisters, Patty Eaves and Rita Priest and brothers, Don Fink and Tommy Fink. Mary was a loving and devoted wife who enjoyed being around family and hosting family gatherings. She enjoyed cooking, music, gardening and doing word searches. Mary was also a two time breast cancer survivor. Services will be scheduled at a later date. The family suggests that if friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to either the Terre Haute Humane Society or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in Mary's name.
