Mary Drue Denise Lester

Dee Dee as she was affectionately called was born January 18, 1963 and went to dwell with our Lord on August 14, 2021. She was a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School in 1981, as well as Indiana State University holding a B.A in Early Childhood Education. Dee Dee accepted Christ at an early age attending Terre Haute Gospel for over 40 years. She met and married the Love of her Life Willie E Lester in August 2015. She the attended Evangel Christian Church.

Dee Dee is proceeded in death by her mother Gladys Thomas. She is survived by her husband Willie Lester, father Dale Carson, sister Sandra (Michael) Watkins, brother James Rogers, and Jeffery (Tammy) Carson. Aunt Rosa Evans and Aunt Audrey Barnhill, special sister Tawana Davis Hatfield, with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives three stepchildren, Jasmine, Jensy, JerAdam, grandchildren Angel, Elizabeth, Natia, all from Macon Georgia.

Due to Covid Restrictions a private memorial will be at a later date.
