Our loving Mother, Mary Martha Bennett Lientz, passed away at Regional Hospital on April 10th, 2025, surrounded by three of her four children. She was born July 29th, 1941 in Mecca, Indiana to Morris Bennett and Bertha Barnhart Bennett, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Murrel Lientz, whom she married on December 3rd, 1960 and her eight siblings, Morris Bennett, Mavis Vandevender, Zelma Acton, Lula Thomas Sanquenetti, Myrtle Jones, David Bennett, Jim Bennett and Doran Bennett.
Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Micheal Lientz, Reno, NV, Karen Lientz, Clinton, IN, Joy Brann, Blanford, IN, and Lester "Buddy" Lientz, Mecca, IN, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, her beloved chihuahua, Oliver and several nieces and nephews.  Cremation with no service was chosen.
