Maryann Boyd "Gigi", 74, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.  She was born on March 9, 1949 to Harold Boyd and Doris Luckenbill Boyd. Maryann was preceded in death by both parents.  She is survived by her daughter Ashley Murphy and son-in-law Daniel of Fleetwood, PA; grandsons Jackson Boyd Murphy and Elliott Clark Murphy; sister Delores "Dee" Camilotto and her husband Elio of Fond du Lac, WI; nephew Christopher Camilotto and his wife Kathy of Menasha, WI.  Maryann was a board member of the Children's Theatre of Terre Haute for 30 years as well as the assistant director for multiple performances at Maple Avenue United Methodist Church.  Maryann worked for 30 years at UAP Clinic in multiple positions – her favorite being the surgery scheduler for cataracts. Maryann also worked as an educational assistant at Farrington Grove Elementary.  She enjoyed working at the World of Dance Studios as well. She loved being involved in the Farmer's Market and setting up at craft/vendor fairs with her daughter.  She loved the arts, drawing, painting, theater, and traveling to Daytona Beach.  More than anything Maryann loved being with her family, especially her grandsons. Maryann will be missed by many, as she touched so many lives.  A visitation for Maryann will be held at Samaritan Funeral Home on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 4 pm to 8 pm and on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 2 pm to 4 pm. A service will follow at 4pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Children's Theatre of Terre Haute in her memory.
