Mickey J. Umphries. 67, of Terre Haute passed away Monday September 5, 2022 in his residence. He was retired from the Laborer's Local #204. Mickey was born July 13, 1955 in West Terre Haute, Indiana to Clyde and Alyce (Blake) Umphries. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Deborah (Barry) Umphries; daughters, Alyson Umphries, Jamie Umphries, Sarah Christina "Christy", Alicia Dawn, and Mika Jo; son, Jacob Umphries; sisters, Sheena Patterson and Rebecca (Melvin) Dewey; brothers, Harold Umphries and Sonny Umphries, numerous grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alyce Patterson; his father, Clyde Umphries and a sister, Susie Umphries. Mickey was a Golden Gloves Champion. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 24th, 2022 at 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Lions 1 Shelter in Deming Park in Terre Haute, IN.
