Monica Nicole Horner-Lewis, 39, of Terre Haute passed away Friday June 10, 2022 at West Ridge Nursing Home. She was born December 27, 1982 in Terre Haute. Monica is survived by her mother Joyce Horner; daughter, Abigail; sisters, Millie and Mia; nephew, Leeham; uncle Joe Lewis and wife Cherie and other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Mickey Lewis. Visitation will be Wednesday June 15, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services at 5:00 pm in the funeral home.
