Neoma Mae Bell, 80, Went to be with God, February 4th 2023. She left us at Regional Hospital. She was an amazing woman with such a Beautiful soul. She would have done anything for anyone and was loved by all who knew her. This world is a little darker without her. Neoma was a beloved longtime member of Dresser community church.

Neoma was preceded in death by Her Parents, Her son Gilbert (Ed) McCarter, Her sister Gloria Keller and Her brothers James Woodsmall and Billy Woodsmall. She is survived by Her sisters Patricia (Harry) Hammons, Ethel Earley and Carol Twitty and Her brother Richard ( dicky) Woodsmall. Her Children, Mike (Bonnie) McCarter, John (Debbie) McCarter, Thomas McCarter, Charles McCarter, Maria (Sam) McCarter, and Robert Bell Jr. Her Grandchildren, Dustin (Stacey) McCarter, Shane (Shirley) McCarter, Lori (Mike) VanNess, Michael (Rebecca) McCarter, Charlie (Sarah) Thompson, Nikki (Ashton) McCarter, Johnny (Bethany) McCarter, Brandon ( Audrey) McCarter, Megan (David) Orman, Tommy (Jolene) McCarter, Shannon (Billy) Church, Anna McCarter, Courtney McCarter, Austin (Chelsea) McCarter, Earl McCarter, Dennis McCarter, Matthew McCarter, Kati (Robert) Shepherd, Erica McCarter, Heaven (JJ) McCarter, Cheyann McCarter, James, Jayden, Jaxson, Jazmine, Josh, Careessa Barnes, Yolanda (Larry) Barnes, Caleb Bell, and Stephen Bell, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
