Pamela Sue (Foutz) Cloutier, 80, passed away at her home Sunday July 21, 2024. She was born in Sullivan, IN on September 22, 1943, to Durham Stevenson Foutz, Jr and Mary Jo Lund. On April 7, 1960, she married R. Don Cloutier, who preceded her in death in December 2017.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter Jill Lyday, grandson Jordan Lyday and nephew Shane Foutz. Pam is survived by her brother Barry (Vondee) Foutz, daughter Dawn (Charlie) Cloutier-Jones, son Rob (Karen) Cloutier, grandsons Drew Cloutier, Evan Lyday, RD Cloutier, Spencer (Morgan) Ridge and JD (Kailee) Cloutier, granddaughters Rachel (Chris) Beach and Laura (John) Ridge-Kerr, seven great grandchildren and three nephews.

Pam and Don farmed their entire married life with a dairy and now crop operation. Pam was also a substitute US mail carrier for a brief time in the 1970s, her patrons sometimes referred to her as "the blue streak" as she delivered the mail quickly. She worked at the Terre Haute Pfizer plant for 19 years, until retiring in 1998. It was the only time her family ever remembered her readily admitting her actual age
