Pastor Harold Leon Throckmartin, 87, of Terre Haute passed away peacefully in his residence on Thursday September 3, 2026. He was born April 12, 1939 in West Terre Haute to Arthur and Shirley Maxine (Perkins) Throckmartin. Harold is survived by his grandson, Andrew Throckmartin; granddaughter, Karina Throckmartin; sister, Deanna Sutton; great-grandsons, Adrien Throckmartin, Ashton Throckmartin, and Arthur Throckmartin and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Throckmartin and sisters, Shirley Porter and Lorett Branson. Harold spent many years as a pastoring many church’s in the area and was founder of Transformation Ministries. He also enjoyed working with stained glass and playing the piano.
