Patricia M. (Phillips) Price Fulmer went to be with the Lord on Thursday September 3, 2026. Patricia retired from Ruben H. Donnelly Corp. after 35 years of service. She was born October 6, 1926 in Terre Haute to Ernest A. and Parlee (Williams) Phillips. Survivors include her four step-daughters, Barbara Fulton (Tom), Maggie Pinegar (Jim Pinegar-deceased), Jennifer Freije (Tom), and Peggy Howard (Larry); stepson, William Price, Jr.; 11 step-grandchildren, 26 step-great-grandchildren, 23 step-great great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her first husband, William Price, who died March of 1998, her second husband, Max R. Fulmer, who died May of 2023; sisters, Carolyn Hammond and Wilma Clovanec and brother, Ernest Phillips, Jr. Patricia was a member of Eighth Avenue Baptist Church and a Sunday School teacher there for many years. She was a former member and past president of the Good Cheer Club for the Blind. Patricia also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and playing golf. Private graveside services are scheduled.
