Patricia L. Trimmer, 74, of Lewis passed away on May 5, 2019 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.  She was born June 18, 1944 in Terre Haute to James and Dora Trimmer.  Patricia loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening.  She was a loving and caring mother.  Her grandkids were her heart.  They say she was a friend of a friend that you'd love to have.  Her caring spirit and love will be missed.

She is survived by sons Wayne Lee Jeffers (Jennifer), Gary Wayne Jeffers, Lenard David Romine, and Carl Troy Romine; daughter Christina Gallagher; grandchildren Beth Romine, Brandi Romine, Jonathan Romine, Nina Romine, Kyle Gallagher, Kayla Gallagher, Donnie Jeffers, Ashley Jeffers, Sarah Jeffers, Wayne Jeffers, Jr., and Whitney Jeffers; five great-grandchildren, brother Lee Trimmer (Mary Ann), and several nieces and nephews.  Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, grandson Larry Paul Jeffers, and brothers Glen Trimmer, Jr. and Larry Trimmer.

Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m Monday May 13, 2019 at Samaritan Funeral Home located at 2425 Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute.  A service will follow visitation with Pastor Jeff Lee officiating.   Burial will be at Mt.
