Patricia A. Wasik, 71, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.  She was born in Chicago, IL on July 3, 1950 to Joseph W. Wasik and Bernice A. Smith Wasik.  Pat is preceded in death by her parents; brother James Wasik; sister-in-law Julie Wasik, as well her niece Mary Dietrich.  She is survived by her siblings Geraldine Dietrich (Clifford), Barbara Backley, Rosemary Falk, and Joseph Wasik; godchildren Catherine Mulcahey, Steven Dietrich, and Joseph Wasik, as well as many nieces and nephews.  Pat was a member of the American Legion.  She loved playing bingo blitz and lottery tickets. She also had a great love for her cats.  Pat was an avid Chicago Bear's fan. She had a talent of being able to play the accordion.  She was a friend of many and will be missed.  Visitation for Pat will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Samaritan Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave Terre Haute, IN 47807, from 2-4:00 PM with services starting at 4:00 PM.
