Paul Joseph (Bud) Manning, 83, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Springhill Village.  He was born December 19, 1937 in Terre Haute, IN.  Survivors include his daughters, Tamara Sims and Jacqueline Edington; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.  His son, Michael Manning preceded him in death.  There are no services scheduled at this time.
