Perry Keith Schultz, Sr., 76, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away at home on Saturday April 25, 2026. He was born February 9, 1950 in Vincennes, Indiana to Charles B. and Dorothy M. (Cummins) Schultz. Perry is survived by his wife, Beverly K. (Downey) Schultz: sons, Perry Schultz Jr. (Mary), and Kevin Schultz (Audrey): daughter Stephanie Schultz (Mark Millsap): step-daughter, Angela Oliver (Rick); sister, Nancy Wilson; grandchildren, Danielle, Perry III, Michael, Emily, Madolynn, Tyler, Alyssa, Don, Riczi, Brooks, Jordan, Josh, and Jacob; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, son Michael Schultz; sisters, Lucille Roan, Velda Scott, Patty Bellinger, and Clara Conway; brothers Leon Schultz, Robert Schultz, Kenneth Schultz, and Darryl Schultz.

Perry was a retired store manager from Red Wing Shoes. He was an active member of the Northside Church of Christ in Terre Haute. He was an avid golfer, and bowler. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cards. He was a huge Elvis fan. He loved the Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys. Perry had two dogs, Trouble and Domino, that he loved very much. He also loved his family and his church family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday May 9, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern time at Northside Church of Christ: 1356 5th Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana. Funeral services will start at 4:00 PM at the church with Pastor Mike Ferris officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.samaritanfunerals.com
