Philip Leonard Goff was the son of Philip Lafayette Goff and Ruth Louise Buzzell Goff.  He was born in Caribou, Maine and spent his childhood in Homestead, Florida before he joined the marines and went to Vietnam.  After Vietnam he came back, found a wife and fathered eight children before moving to the Midwest to start his own life.  His three daughters and six sons provided him with numerous grand-children and great-grandchildren.  He was a truck driver most of his life, but he loved to spin a good tale and visit with friends and share his many travels.  He was a little brother, an uncle, a cousin, a friend, a co-conspirator, and a life partner.  He will be fondly remembered by those who knew him
