Phillip Neal, 73, passed away on October 26, 2026. He was born on August 11, 1953, to John and Betty Hilton. He was preceded in death by both parents; daughter Angie: sister Linda; brothers Rex, Johnny, Ray, Leslie, and David. Phillip is survived by hid sister Laquita, brother Randy, his daughter Christina,son David, daughter Michelle and grandchildren Temperance, Christopher, Gabrielle (her son Atlas,) Raymond (his children Athena, Lailynn, and River,) Jayton, Tarrin, Chandler, Carter, Chloe, Stormy, Andy, and Faith, Haley, Mikael, Emily, and Jaelynn. Phillp had many cousins and friends as well. Phillip absolutely loved to fish. He was an amazing artist. He was a self-taught guitar player, and he could sing. He was a jack of all trades. He loved hanging out with his grandkids and being outside. He's traveled all over and lived his life to the beat of his own drum.
