Phyllis Jeanne (Nichols) Deal, 84, of Terre Haute passed away on February 19, 2019 in Signature Healthcare.  She was born on October 9, 1934 to James Nichols and Mildred (Combs) Nichols.  Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; Husband Paul Robert Deal; Brother James Nichols as well as her sister Donna Clark.  She is survived by her Sons Robert "Bob" Deal (Eileen), Pat Deal (Diana) Gary Deal, and Darryl Deal (Margarita); Daughters Cathy Grimes, Jennifer Weir (Gary), Libby Tony (Bill); Sister Sharon Pluff; as well as 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.  Phyllis was a member of Christ Temple Church.  She spent time volunteering at union hospital.  More than anything she enjoyed spending time with family.  Visitation for Phyllis will be held on Friday, February 22 from 11:00-1:00 with services starting at 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Highland Lawn.
