Ralph L. Phegley, 63, of Clinton passed away Monday may 27, 2024 at Majestic Care of Terre Haute. He was born November 11, 1960 in Linton, Indiana to Ernest and Mary (Veale) Phegley. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Smith; son, Ralph Leon Phegley, Jr. "Zach Beckman"; nephew, Shane Bunner (Ashley); nieces, Miranda Jones and Marci Gemmecke; three grandchildren and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Debbie Bunner and brother, Ernest Phegley, Jr.. Ralph had wanted to join the military when he was younger, but due to numerous health problems he was unable, however he remained very patriotic throughout his life.
