Richard Wayne Dennis, 76, of Seelyville passed away in his home on August 25, 2019.  He was born on April 12, 1943 to John Dennis and Goldie Dennis (Curtis).  Richard is preceded in death by both parents.  He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Dennis; Daughter Kimberly Butts (Kent); Grandchildren Kenzi Strain (Josh) and Dallas Jarvis (Jackson); great-grandchildren Kasyn Strain and Jaxton Strain as well as a special nephew Jimmy Curtis (Amy) and his five children. Richard was a member of Higher Ground Christian Church. He enjoyed traveling, but his true passions were farming and trucking. Private Services for Richard will be held at Zion Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Higher Ground Christian Church.
