Richard Payton passed away on July 1, 2019.  He is preceded in death by hi brother Mike Payton and granddaughter Tristan Payton.  Richard is survived by his son Richard Allen Payton Jr; brother David Payton; several nieces and nephews, as well as his dog Tink.  Richard enjoyed auctions and fishing. He also liked to harass people in a fun manner.
