Richard "Skip" L. Wilson, was born December 29, 1942, passed away May 16, 2023. He was born to Paul and Virginia Wilson.

Survivors include his wife Sherry of 43 years; two daughters, Connie (Chris) Culver; Tonya Culp; a son Skip Wilson Jr of Terre Haute and son Mike Patterson of Florida; one brother Butch Wilson (Delores), two sisters Shirley Trosper (Gary) and Lois Melvin (Gale).

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers Kent, Ronald, and Johnny Wilson; one sister Sharen Daughtery; one stepson Terry L. Lloyd Jr, several nieces and nephews and sister and brother in laws.

Richard was an active member of the North Terre Haute Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He enjoyed going to the kingdom hall. He also enjoyed listening to Elvis music. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Samaritan Funeral Home, Monday, May 22, 2023 from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm with services starting at 1:00 pm.  Sam Shorter will officiate the funeral. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be left at www.samaritanfunerals.com
