Robert Smith, 67, of Terre Haute passed away February 25, 2022. Robert was born January 21, 1955, to Roy and Vernia (Danford) Smith in Terre Haute, IN. Robert was a member of the American Legion Post #346.

Robert is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carol (Latta) Smith; son; Robert Smith Jr.; daughter, Angela Renae Smith; brothers, Roy Donald "Don" Smith, Jr (Sheryl) and Rocky Smith (Toni); sisters Judy Black (Charles) and Peggy Ann Fagg; cousins, Bill (deceased) and Pearl, Steve (deceased) and Lynn, and Bud (deceased) and Marsha, special friends Jim, Connie, and Jerry; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Samaritan Funeral Home on Monday, February 28, 2022, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm with funeral service starting at 2:00 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Renetta Trissel officiating.  Online condolences may be left at www.samaritanfunerals.com
