Rod Eric Boyer, 64, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026 in his home. He was born to Bob Boyer and Fauneil Boyer in Terre Haute on July 8, 1962. Rod has spent the last 41 years, 35 married, to the love of his life, Lynn (Barreira) Boyer.

Rod worked as a sheet metal worker for 44 years and loved his work. In his free time, he enjoyed playing the guitar, 3D printing, and fishing. Rod was also extremely knowledgeable in technology – he built computers and even a gaming console for one of his grandchildren. He also built a koi pond at he and Lynn’s home that they were able to enjoy together. Rod was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and son; he will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Rod is survived by his loving wife; both of his parents; daughter, Crystal; sister, Brenda; grandchildren, Peyton and Madison; great-grandchildren, Phoenix, Palmer, and Mason; aunts and uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews; and many others who loved him.
