Samuel "Sam" Dunfee, 86, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at his residence.

Sam was born November 27, 1939.  He was the youngest of nine children born to Arthur Dunfee and Opal Crum Dunfee.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Peggy Gardner Dunfee; son Sam Dunfee, Jr. and his wife Jenny, son Daniel Dunfee; and grandsons, Brian and his wife Victoria, Matt and Tim Dunfee; and several nieces and nephews.

Sam served as an elder at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sullivan, Indiana for many years.
