Sandra Jean Eggers, 63, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024. She was born on March 27, 1961 in Riley, IN to Theodore and Leila Simmons. Sandra enjoyed watching TV and working all types of puzzle books. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons Roy Eggers and Jack Eggers III, brother Bruce Simmons, sisters Helen Wright, Wyann Eggers, and Mary Lynn; grandchildren Brockton Jones, Madison Eggers, Roy Eggers II, Mariah Eggers, Hannah Eggers, Bentley Eggers, Jack Eggers IV, Sadie Eggers, and Zackary Eggers; and a great-grandson Benson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Amanda Eggers, and grandchildren Bailey Hamilton and Payton Eggers.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm at Samaritan Funeral Home with a service starting at 1 pm. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com.
