Sarah E. Phelps, 79, of Clinton and formerly of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away Wednesday June 21, 2023 in her residence. She was born September 19, 1943 in Idaho to Paul and Stella (Jones) Morgan. Sarah is survived by her daughters, Ashley Schrock (Brad) and Audrey Anderson (Jeff); brother, Carlos Morgan; grandchildren, Shaylyn Price, Ayla Schrock, Nicole Garcia, Robert Morlan, Stevie Gibson, and Brian Gibson; 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Phelps; daughters, Kathy Paris and Dorothy Trumble and son, Raymond Phelps, Jr. Sarah attended Restore Church in Clinton and she loved to cook.
