Sharon Louise Nieft, 82, passed away on April 8, 2023 at 1:15 PM.  Sharon was born September 11, 1940 to Clarine Reely Shephard and Chet Shepard in Terre Haute, IN.  She is survived by her husband Harold Edward Nieft Jr.; daughters Pattie Sykes (Brent), Debra Turner (Dan), and Cathy Walker.  She is also 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-greatgrandchild.  She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Susan Louis Kluzenski; son John Edward Nieft and grandson Jared Lee Nieft.  Sharon worked at the Treasurer's office in Vigo County.  A private service will be held by family at a later date.
