Sharon K. Waggoner, 72, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday August 22, 2018 at 6:17 pm in Union Hospital. She was born January 11, 1946 in Terre Haute to Herschel Mundell and Charlotte (Cohoon) Mundell. Sharon is survived by her sons, Andy Waggoner (Kim) and James Waggoner, Jr.; sisters, Irene Dillingham, Bonnie Harris, Anita Elrod, and Mona Vines; brothers, Larry, Johnny, Martin, Randy, Gary, Cliff, Pete, Dave, and Russell Mundell; grandchildren, David Elkins (Courtney), Andy Waggoner, Jr., Delaney Waggoner, Devan Waggoner, Tiffany Waggoner, Desirae Waggoner, James Waggoner III, Hannah Waggoner, and Kelsey Hagen; 10 great-grandchildren, a special sister-in-law, Lorrie Mundell and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Waggoner, whom she married July 7, 1962 and he died October 28, 2002; sons, William and Ronald Waggoner and a brother Donnie Mundell. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday August 28, 2018 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Chris Wilbur officiating.
