Stephanie Dawn Smith, 30, passed away April 30, 2026. She was born to David Lee Herrington and Crystal Dawn (Smith) Herrington on October 25, 1995 in Brazil, Indiana.

Stephanie enjoyed doing diamond art, taking selfies, and making TikToks. She was very into self-care and loved to do her hair, makeup, and nails. Stephanie was a great mom, sister, and aunt. She was loved by all and will be missed by many.

Stephanie is preceded in death by her mother, Crystal; father Fred Herrington; and father of her daughter, Matt Wagle.

Stephanie is survived by her father, David (Jessica O’Neal); daughter, Raylee Jane Wagle; siblings, Samantha Herrington, Stacy Herrington, Annfen Herrington, and Linus Herrington; significant other, Dylan Smith; Aunt Tonya Smith; Uncle Brandon Smith; Aunt Amanda Smith; grandparents, Gary & Carolyn Smith and Ethel Morgan; nieces and nephews, Emmett, Emery, and Renesmee; and her beloved dog, Sander.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Samaritan Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
