Tammy Rose (Hogue) Russell, 56, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, February 10, 2023.  She was born December 1, 1966 in Terre Haute to Betty Irene (Noel) Robbins.

Tammy is preceded in death by her husband Steve Russell, Sr., mother Betty Robbins, father Donald Hogue, brothers Richard Glen Dowell and Michael Lee Dowell, Sr., niece Billie Rae Dowell, and grandparents Irene and Ben Phillips.

Tammy is survived by sons David James Scott (Madonna), Michael Lee Cheesman, stepsons Steve Russell, Jr., Timmy Russell, Christopher Russell (Patricia), and Kenny Russell, sisters Kathy Dowell of Terre Haute, and Teresa Hood of Brazil, Indiana, several grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
