Teresa Campfield, 65, of Clinton, IN passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to Earl Maddox and Margie Smallwood on February 15, 1956. Teresa was a homemaker and enjoyed walking her dog and nature.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons, Michael (April) Campfield and John (Sara) Campfield; brother Earl Maddox; sister Pat Snyder; grandchildren Joseph, Camron, Clayton, Alyssa, and Aubree Campfield.
