Terry Wayne Elkins, 41, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 surrounded by his beloved family.  He was born October 31, 1977 in Terre Haute to Gracie Sheese Allen and Albert  Elkins.  Terry was a stellar athlete excelling at boxing and basketball.  Known by many as "T-Dub" he was a self-proclaimed social butterfly and never knew a stranger.   Most of all Terry loved his family and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his mother, Gracie Allen, stepfather Michael McBroom, daughter Haley Elkins, son Elijah Elkins, sisters Roxanne Elkins, Tracie Eble, and Heather Elkins; brothers Ike Elkins, Tony Elkins, Michael McBroom, Jr., Kyle McBroom, Eric McBroom, Travis Branson, and Michael Evans, and was loved by many nieces and nephews and friends.  Terry is preceded in death by his father Albert L. Elkins.

I'm thinking of you today, but that is nothing new.  I thought about you yesterday and the days before that too.  I think of you in silence and often speak your name.  Now all I have are memories and your picture in a frame.  Your memory is a keepsake from which I'll never part.  God now has you in his arms but you'll always be in my heart.
