Terry Lee Frakes, 73, passed away on December 2, 2023. He was born on September 8, 1951 to Don Frakes and Polly (Hampton) Frakes.
He is survived by the love of his life Nancy Gurchiek, daughters Jamie Cornwell and Shawnee Hunley (Dickson), son Jeffery Frakes, grandchildren Jessica Adams (David), Sara Cornwell, Tara Meek (Cody), Megan Tolbert (Dustin), and BreAnna Hauser; 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Jane Hendrickson, Rita Thomas, and Cathy Frakes; brother Bill Frakes, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by both his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
