Vicki Lynn Allison, 52 of Kansas, IL passed away on March 15, 2021 after a long battle with breast cancer. She will be greatly missed by her husband of nearly 24 years, Edward J. Allison and their two children Clara Grace Allison and Olivia Isabelle Allison and her stepdaughter Michelle Ruth (Allison) Roberts. Other survivors include her three granddaughters Sophia Grace, Elsie Jane, and Abigail Rose Roberts and one brother Michael Ward (Laura) Hedrick and his children Jessica and Alyssa.

Vicki was born May 1, 1968 to Dwight L. and Carolynn Sue (Flanagan) Hedrick in Decateur, Il. Her parents and one brother, Jeffrey Scott Hedrick, predeceased her in death. She graduated from Normal Community High School in 1986 and attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale for one year. During her marriage she was a devoted homemaker to her family and maintained a strong Christian faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ. She volunteered her time in her children's extracurricular activities, church and community activities, and lent a helping hand to all she could. Vicki enjoyed life on the family farm, Florida in the winters and being with her family and friends.

She loved life and God, who is the giver of life.

A memorial service will be held at 1.00 PM on April 3, 2021 at Apostolic Center Church in Mattoon, Il. Google Maps All are welcome and a meal will follow.
