Vickiann Ilene Ottinger, 59, passed away on May 17, 2022.  She was born on January 19, 1963 to Raymond Flora and Costance Lewis Flora in Texas City, TX.  Vickiann was preceded in death by her mother as well as her grandson Devin Williams.  She is survived by her husband Robbie Ottinger; her father; siblings Kevin (Lori), Aaron, and Wyman; children Justin (Paige), Sophia (Clifford), Candace (Andrew); grandchildren Lilly, Brooklyn, Christopher, Cole, Emily, Ethan, Jazzlyn, Kaden, Tristn, Dakota, Hunter, and Landon, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Vickiann loved the outdoors; she enjoyed boat watching, gardening, watching native birds, cooking, and spending time with family.  Vickiann had the Native American name of Moose Child Laughing.  She also enjoyed horses, lighthouses, tractors, Texas, the beach, and drinking coffee and tea.  She was loving, caring, resilient, a beautiful soul, very accepting, she shared unconditional love, was strong, and God loving. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
